OSHA & HIPAA Update

Covers the required elements of OSHA safety including a strong portion of infection control content as well. Employees who are, or may be, exposed to bloodborne pathogens (BBP) are required to receive annual training on the BBP standard (OSHA 1910.1030). This course guides participants through a systems based approach to protecting patient and confidential information. This presentation will include the “nuts and bolts” for training new employees and refreshing. (This does not include walk through inspection or follow up.)
